Workshop Sliding Scale
Green Bottle is a Sliding Scale model that is inclusive of different financial experiences. Developed by community healing practitioner Alexis J. Cunningfolk, the Green Bottle Method is an economic justice tool that enables participants to adjust payment based on access to resources. The “actual cost” of our workshops (55% of available slots) reflects the true cost that practitioners charge for service; “grassroots” cost (28% of available slots) acknowledges that full payment could present a barrier to access for artists and activists; and “base” cost (17% of full participation) reflects a desire to offer services to those in most economic need. Please be mindful that if you purchase a price at the lowest end of the scale when you can truthfully afford the higher ticket prices, you are limiting access to those who truly need the gift of financial flexibility. Please share workshop opportunities with your dynamic community so that they don’t miss out on reduced pricing!
Site Specific Programs
For organizations that seek to utilize Our Turn resources for on-site meeting facilitation, advisory, or program development; free consultation is our practice to develop a unique program aligned with your goals. If your organization is dedicated to serving a majority population that is historically underserved in your region, reduced rates may apply.
